To strengthen our international team of KYC & FC Process Specialists, Triodos Bank is looking for a

KYC & FC Process Specialist (32-40 hours per week)

How you will make a difference

As a Process Specialist, you are responsible for Know Your Customer & Financial Crime (KYC & FC) related processes. Setting up new processes, reviewing current processes and implementing improvements, all while ensuring that these are aligned with group and local requirements.

What’s your focus:

Process Development

  • Initiate the development of KYC & FC processes in a timely and efficient manner by defining and setting up process requirements and maintaining these requirements

Leading process Improvement projects/initiatives

  • Initiate and lead group projects related to process improvement initiatives, including the challenging stakeholder management that comes with this

Coordination of Process Implementation

  • Planning, coordinating, and consulting with business, different project teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure delivery of the process design and direction and consult on implementation of processes ensuring process set up in an effective and timely manner

Monitoring, Reporting & Review

  • Monitor and identify potential for improvements related to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, where available using data insights
  • Report to (senior) management and relevant committees on process proposals, improvements and status
  • Contribute to the continuous review of processes and the set up a process framework and repository

Developing Process requirements & Standards

  • Develop process standards and requirements by setting up a process maturity framework, when our maturity levels are ready for this

  • Your stakeholder management skills are exceptional, you need to align with colleagues with different roles and backgrounds, who are located in all our different operational units
  • Experience with project- and process management, analysis, improvement and reporting
  • Ability to proactively identify shortcomings and come up with solutions to complex problems, which often include balancing customer satisfaction, user efficiency and legal requirements
  • A flexible mindset and the seniority to work independently and prioritize the diverse tasks, including project management, process requirements and standards
  • Strong change management skills to drive broad collaboration with international stakeholders and bring vision regarding processes within KYC & FC
  • Active listening to stakeholder needs and critically triggering the right questions to generate relevant solutions tailored to the needs of stakeholders
  • Experience with Operational Excellence (e.g. Lean Methodologies) and Continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in English and preferably a Bachelor or Master degree

The team

The overall KYC & FC Centre of Expertise (CoE) is organised at Group level. You will work closely together with another Process specialist and report into the Team lead Procedures, Processes & Risk Modelling. In your day-to-day work, you will cooperate with the other KYC & FC Specialists, Operations, various IT departments, Business Analysts, Legal and Compliance.
