We would like to bring on board a dynamic and positive-minded student to support and learn from our Group Learning & Development team during a 6-month internship.
How you will make a difference
You will help us to ‘finance change to change finance’, by supporting our training activities and cooperating closely with the Group L&D team, as well as a variety of stakeholders, internal customers, and external suppliers.
As a part of your daily routine, you will:
- organise and track both online and face-to-face training sessions
- report and evaluate modules and courses
- design e-learning packages
- co-facilitate programmes if desired
- support process of introducing new suppliers
Your future colleagues
The Group Learning & Development team currently consists of four professionals, all with extensive experience in their field, who will guide you during the internship and share their knowledge with you. The team designs and executes group wide programs, ranging from mission and vision-based trainings, leadership trainings and mandatory e-learnings.
The team is also part of the wider HR Centre of Expertise, which includes Co-worker Experience, Talent Management & Acquisition and Equity, Diversity & Inclusion.

To be successful in this role, you:
- are a motivated student (MBO, HBO or WO) who is interested in further development within HR, talent and development, e-learning, events co-ordination, data analysis and reporting or continuous improvement areas
- are successful in managing multiple tasks and deadlines and have a growth mindset
- have strong organizing, prioritizing, and time-management skills,
- are customer oriented and maintain a professional demeanour, while exhibiting cultural awareness
- have previous experience in events co-ordination
- have practice in working independently
- have good command of English both written and verbal (knowledge of Dutch, German or Spanish is desirable, but not essential)
