For digital marketing area this means moving towards uniform and efficient processes and creating single points of responsibility for the group. To better support or customers and further develop our digital marketing channels, we are looking for a visionary, commercially-driven, and hands-on Product Owner Websites.

How you will make a difference

You will help us to ‘change finance to finance change’, by creating innovative solutions on our websites, that not only drive commercial success but also uphold our commitment to ethical and responsible banking. You bridge the gap between vision and reality, ensuring that our channels align with strategic objectives and sets new standards in innovation and customer satisfaction.

As a part of your key responsibilities:

  • You will create and show vision towards the future of commercial digital channels and mobilize stakeholders to turn this into ambitious development
  • In collaboration with the marketing squads in the different countries, you will set out vision and lead building future proof commercial websites, supporting an effective, efficient marketing organisation, automating and integrating as much as possible
  • You will be responsible for the daily backlog management (sprint planning) of functional & technical requirements and, with support the Business Analist and Technical Lead, transform these into manageable user stories for the development team(s)
  • You will gather and analyse feedback from customers and other stakeholders with the objective to continuously drive optimization of our websites
  • You will analyse channel performance metrics and KPIs, working closely together with the Marketing teams, Data & Analytics teams and CX to drive measurable sales results
  • You will keep track of market trends and competitor activities to ensure our websites remain innovative
  • You will ensure adherence to brand/cx guidelines and regulatory standards
  • You will be managing the relationship with several external suppliers

Furthermore, it is expected that you will have:

  • Proven experience in driving commercial success through the development of digital channels, including customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.at least 7 years of professional experience working in a complex international organization in relevant roles, effectively navigating diverse stakeholders and market dynamics.practice in turning vision into digital channels development, in a complex environment connecting commercial and marketing targets with DevOps teams
  • Knowledge and experience with marketing automation is a plus

Your future colleagues

The Product Owner Websites is part of the Digital Change & Support team (within the Marketing Department) and reporting to the Digital Change & Support Lead. You will work aside the Product Owner Marketing Automation, Support Specialist, Test Specialist and Business Analyst.
