Currently, were are hiring a ServiceNow Information Analyst
We are setting up a devopsteam Service Now. With a new implementation partner. As such, we have a vacancy to bring on board an Information Analyst for our team: Service Delivery Service Now with the intention of a permanent contract.
Are you an analytical thinker with a passion for IT and process improvement? As a ServiceNow Information Analyst, you play a key role in optimizing our business processes. You work closely with various stakeholders to translate their needs and challenges into concrete solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Through thorough analysis and clear documentation, you ensure the development team has the right input to deliver innovative and efficient workflows.
In this role, you are responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting requirements. You ensure alignment between process designs and technical implementations and contribute to the continuous improvement of our ServiceNow solutions. As well as ensuring consistency in the modular development from a data, process and functional point of view. You create and adapt the ServiceNow landscape design, the data model and CMDB to ensure standardization. And refine and specify change tickets to ensure optimal implementation. With your strong communication skills, you bridge the gap between business and IT, and your attention to detail ensures consistent quality. Profile
What do you bring?
- Experience as an Information Analyst: preferably 3-5 years.
- HBO/WO work level preferably in computer science, business administration or a related study.
- Experience with Service Now platform with focus on modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM or HRSD.
- Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and Agile working methods.
- Insight into Service Now architecture and configuration options.
- Understanding of ITSM processes and how these are implemented in Service Now.
- Basic knowledge of scripting in Service Now and workflows.
- Understanding of data analysis, data migration and integrations between Service Now and other systems via APIs.
Skills
- Analytical and modeling, strong in drawing up functional and technical requirements.
- Experience with modeling techniques such as BPMN, UML or user story mapping.
Soft skills
- Communication: stakeholder management switching between technical teams, supplier and business.
- Collaboration: experience with collaboration in a multidisciplinary team and proactive attitude in identifying and solving bottlenecks.
- Problem-solving skills: critical and analytical thinking; able to clarify complex issues.
- Hands-on and pragmatic in translating needs into standardized solutions.
Experience
- Devops processes and tools: knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integrations within Service Now.
- Testing and validation, support with testing and validation.
- Reporting and Dashboarding: insight into designing dashboards and reports within Service Now.
A plus would be
- ITIL v4 foundation.
- Certified System administrator (Service Now).
- Experience with Service Now as an application and as a supplier.
