We are continuously improving our core banking system and internet banking. Due to the leave of a colleague, we would like to bring on board a new Product Owner / Information Analyst for a permanent assignment.

How you will make a difference

You will help us to ‘finance change and change finance’ by acting as the linking pin between the domain and the development team. By taking the responsibility to convert needs, insights and concepts into a concrete backlog. And by daring to say no when applicable.

Next to this:

  • You will manage the backlog of a Development Team.
  • You will maintain a network of stakeholders to regularly consult on software functionality needs.
  • You will develop solution designs based on these software functionality needs.
  • You will identify and document clear “epics” that the team can typically realize in a few sprints.
  • You will initiate backlog refinements where you will divide epics into user stories and further analyze them to the level of detail the team needs.
  • You will participate in the Product Owner & Information Analyst chapter and contribute to continuous improvement of that area of expertise.

  • preferably speak and understand the Dutch language.

Furthermore, it is desirable that you have:

  • experience as a Product Owner, Information or Business Analyst in an Agile (software) environment.
  • experience in working at a bank and/or on onboarding and servicing.
  • excellent communication skills, in Dutch and English, spoken and written.

Your future colleagues

You will work for the Software Solutions department at Triodos Bank's head office in Driebergen-Rijsenburg. The department has twenty-four teams, divided over mainly functional domains. Priorities are broadly determined for each domain by a Domain Board.

You will be working closely together with a development team. And you will also be part of the so-called core team. Together with the Domain Lead, Architects and other Product Owner(s) you will think forward on a regular basis on the work to be done.
