Triodos Bank is looking for an experienced professional to fulfil the position of

Global Mobility Manager (32-40 hours per week)

The Global Mobility Manager will work as part of the Triodos Operating Model (TOM) Implementation team, in partnership with the business and HR colleagues, to oversee the smooth transition of individuals through the phases of re-organisation over the coming two years. Working in partnership with colleagues in recruitment, Group HR, local HR and finance as well as external outplacement partners to ensure co-workers feel supported and receive a high-quality experience throughout.

This role is a senior position, responsible for overseeing the people processes required to support the changes planned as part of TOM. To date, Triodos has not been through a change programme of this scale, requiring the skills and support of an experienced mobility manager.

Take action

  • Partner with HRBPs as subject matter expert (SME) on all things related to the change programme.
  • Act as liaison between Triodos and its global mobility outsource vendors.
  • Support HRBPs in more complex cases of redundancy/redeployment, working with trusted professionals and specialists internally and externally to ensure creative, pragmatic and compliant solutions created.
  • Act as local manager and “gatekeeper” of the TOM guiding principles to ensure consistency and transparency in approach across TOM waves, ensuring organisation tone and culture considered at all times.
  • Promote confidentiality and data protection and ensure rigour within team.
  • Wider relationships with group key stakeholders including country and group HR colleagues.
  • Be aware of and look out for impact on wellbeing / vitality of all co-workers involved in a TOM wave, ensuring that appropriate support and guidance is provided if and when required.
  • Comply with all regulatory obligations and internal governance to help ensure ethical behaviour.


This is you

  • Committed to our values and mission and able to translate this in our core activities.
  • Strong change management, relationship building, business partnering and influencing skills, with excellent cultural awareness.
  • Experience of international change programmes, including administering and monitoring all insourced and outsourced services and activities.
  • Able to present information accurately, clearly and with confidence and demonstrate excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Able to deal positively with pressure and strict timeframes and to steer the business according to the overriding principles of the TOM project and requirements of its Steerco.
  • Experience and ability to coach, mentor and train managers and co-workers in all people transition related activities of the TOM programme.
