Lead from idea to business value realisation
The main responsibility of the Domain Lead is to translate the vision of the domain into deliverables (a so-called backlog). You will be responsible for the digital transformation and the agile way of working in your Domain.

As a Domain Lead Business Lending, you are responsible for:

• Developing the vision & roadmap within the Domain.
• Designing and realizing product features, customer journeys, process designs, and technology requirements.
• Translating PSD2 and open banking developments into action.
• Leading the Standardised Loans project, which aims at the full digitalisation of all loans under EUR 1 million, and substantially shorten processing efforts and timing.
• Setting priorities for the Domain, in alignment with group priorities and required efforts from other change initiatives and Domains.
• Effectively leading the multi-disciplinary agile teams within your Domain.
• Establishing and maintaining the new cross-branch collaboration by creating understanding and buy-in, leveraging on diversity, and by communicating effectively.
• Collaborating closely with local business where Triodos Bank is active to ensure successful business implementation and benefit realisation.

You can bring people together and effectively manage the Domain in the agile way of working. You stimulate cross-branch communication, collaboration and alignment between co-workers, Domains and teams. This means you will work together with colleagues across the group and consider the cultural differences in the agile way of working. Leveraging cultural differences and working with an overall group perspective comes naturally to you. You act convincingly, you are strong in problem analysis, and creative in your solutions. You see giving and receiving constructive feedback as essential for working well together. You see innovative ideas as welcome challenges.

In addition:

• You have experience in guiding and realising change.
• You have proven affinity with and intrinsic interest in digitalisation, process improvement, and IT.
• You have the personality to optimally function within an Agile environment.
• You have sound experience in building roadmaps.
• You have proven experience in managing (strategic) projects/programmes with high impact.
• You can work and think at an academic level.
• You have outstanding communication skills, including proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Preferably, you have experience in the field of business lending.
