At Triodos Bank, the continuity of business processes is always paramount. You act as an ambassador for our Workspace Competence Centre Initiative, daring to experiment and embrace new AI technologies like Co-pilot and AI. Additionally, you solve incidents and coordinate them with Infra Operations, implementing changes to core applications. This is where the challenge lies! It is up to you to implement application management and boost the Workspace Competence Centre within Triodos Bank with policy, structure, and coordination.

Goal of the role

• Primary point contact for support on the larger core applications.
• Ambassador role for Workspace Competence Centre, daring to experiment, flexible with the newest AI technologies such as Co-pilot educating and supporting our organisation.
• Flexible and continuously prioritize your work so that you are able to keep several 'plates in the air'.
• Take care of applications and ensure that the applications run stably during their life cycle.
• Ensure smooth and correct handling of incidents, service requests, and medium changes from a coordinating role.
• Implement changes where the service continues to run and the business receives what it requires, and coordination takes place with all stakeholders from ICT and business.
• Communicate clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support colleagues in projects.
• Improve existing processes to contribute to a professional organization.

This is you

You are independent and you are able to interact easily with many different stakeholders within ICT. You are flexible and able to keep multiple plates in the air. You have a strong personality and are able to coordinate and are daring to experiment with new technologies like AI (co-pilot). Due to the nature of the work, it is important that you can switch quickly, set priorities, and are stress-resistant. You are also driven to learn a lot and follow developments closely. In this way, you gradually expand your knowledge and develop yourself further and further.

You need for this function

• Minimum HBO working and thinking level.
• Curiosity and a great learning capacity.
• 3-5 years of work experience in managing business-critical applications in a similar environment.
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
